What’s involved to get involved?
You need what the Lion, the Tin Man and the Scarecrow were looking for in the Wizard of Oz. You need to have a caring heart for others, you need to have courage to step out of your comfort zone and perhaps do something different than what you thought you’d be doing and you need to have a brain — to listen to others and find out what their needs are. And of course, Dorthy learned that she had what she needed all the time – she just needed to ask — and that’s the way I’ve found you will the most successful is by partnering together as a team!
The nuts and bolts
I am a Sales Manager and I am looking for others to be partner with me and be Sales Managers. Everyone starts as a trainee and again we’ll be working together. Regardless of where you live, I will get you started down the yellow brick road once we determine what your needs are. Your pace to reach the Sales Manager is up to you and how many trainees you have join your team. Let’s change the world – together!
